This zine was created to explore how design can support mental health awareness through education and accessibility. Rather than relying on a clinical approach, I used vibrant color, expressive typography, and engaging layouts to create a resource that feels approachable and encouraging. i wanted to destigmatize mental health conversations through accessible, typography-driven design.
The publication combines practical information, self-care strategies, affirmations, and support resources into a format designed to spark conversation and reduce stigma. By making the content visually inviting, the project aims to help readers engage with topics that are often difficult to discuss while reinforcing the message that seeking support is both normal and important.
